Yesterday, December 7, 2020, I officially released The Long Road Back To You. It can be purchased for Kindle through the Amazon Store. The paperback will be available early next week. I was asked recently by a reader what my favorite line or lines were from the book. This got me thinking. So, for The Long Road Back To You, here goes:
The other thing I remember my father telling me was that there would come a time when a single memory would lord over my days. It would draw me from the bed in the morning, push me through a hard day's work, call me to supper, and chase me to sleep. Many years passed before I understood what he was talking about, but, like so many things, he was right, and it, like the ghosts of my past, haunts me to this very day.
What do you think? For those of you who purchase and read the book, let me know what your favorite line(s) is/are. Or, if you have a favorite line from another book, I'd love to hear it.
